Overview: 24/7 services; priority goes to shift workers who work outside the usual 7am - 6pm schedule.

Registration: through the City of Ottawa waitlist. Wait can be up to 2-years, they prioritize shift workers, so will pull those families off the list first, rarely do people wait 2-years.

Other Information: can provide scheduled care (parents provide long-term information as to what their schedule is).

Considerations:
E-mail them directly with your schedule (it may expedite your access to the program). Near Civic.

A non-profit, multi-service seniors' centre. Purchase an annual membership and access various services including programs and activities.

Programs include: fitness classes, dance classes, Spanish lessons, cards, bingo, crafts, information seminars, health & wellness clinics, birthday parties.

Waitlist: none for the membership, but may be some for various programs.

Considerations:
Open Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm. Closed on weekends and holidays.
