Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program (OSP)

Offering:
Provides publicly funded, evidence-based treatment for adults living with depression and anxiety-related conditions. Include CBT and related approaches that focus on practical skill-building. Treatment is delivered through a stepped model based on individual need.
There are also LGBTQ affirming CBT groups, gender-based violence PTSD groups, and women's only PTSD groups. Additionally, they have Indigenous Navigators, and a new Indigenous OSP Clinician working specifically with indigenous folks - there is a direct referal pathway from Wabano to OSP as well.
