Navigating conflicts is really hard. Most people do not like conflicts. They don't feel they have the skills that they need. They don't like the impact that conflict has on them. For most people, the experience is the exact opposite of what they love about their job. The goal of this mini course is to highlight: 1. What we can do to prepare ourselves to work with conflict 2. How we can reduce the emotional impact on ourselves during conflicts 3. How to add strategies to decrease the impact of conflict on our wellbeing (post conflict recovery)
